1. Medical Officer (Specialist): 01 post
2. Medical Officer: 02 posts
3. Ayush Doctor (Ayurvedic): 01 post
4. Staff Nurse: 08 posts
5. Pharmacist: 02 posts
6. Lab Technician: 02 posts
7. Registration Clerk Cum Computer Assistant: 02 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age up to 65 years for S.No.1 post, up to 62 years for S.No.2 post, up to 55 years for remaining posts.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Gynecologist (MD/ DGO)/ Paediatrician for S.No.1 post, MBBS with 1 year experience for S.No.2 post, Degree in Ayurvedic System of Medicines from any university with Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric standard for S.No.3 post, B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing or B.Sc. (Post Basic) Nursing for S.No.4 post, I. D. Pharma from recognized Institute for S.No.5 post, 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and one year Laboratory Technician Diploma for S.No.6 post, Graduation with one year Diploma in Computer Application from Recognized University for S.No.7 post.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs.200/- at the O/o Civil Surgeon, Rohtak.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications complete in all respects along with photocopies of all relevant certificates (proof of residence is must) should reach in the office of Civil Surgeon, Rohtak by 23-12-2013 up to 5:00 PM.
